Please call 344-5156, ext. 5.  Calls are only accepted on Monday mornings (for extractions) between 8:00 and 10:00 AM or Tuesday mornings (for fillings) between 9:00 and 11:00 AM.  You must leave a message including your name and phone number.  If you do not receive a call back from our Dental Coordinator that morning, all appointments have been filled and you will need to call back following week.

Pharmacy

The Clinic provides prescription medications for clinic patients and for others who meet eligibility guidelines, including:

• patients seen by outside physicians
• patients seen in Emergency Departments
• patients who recently have been discharged from the hospital

Please Note:

• There are certain medications that we do not provide.
• The Clinic does not provide any controlled substances; i.e. narcotics.
• The pharmacy does not accept prescriptions phoned in by your physicians or another pharmacy.
