The Bradley Free Clinic provides free primary and chronic care for the working, uninsured, temporarily unemployed and their families.
Am I Eligible?
The Clinic typically provides health care for:
- Patients must reside in Roanoke City, Roanoke County, City of Salem, Town of Vinton, Botetourt County, or Craig County.
- Patients whose income does not exceed 200% of the Federal Poverty Level.
- Patients must be uninsured/underinsured AND fall into one of the following categories:
- working a minimum of one hour per week;
- unemployed for no more than one year;
- receive unemployment;
- enrolled in college or training program;
- caregivers of preschoolers, the elderly and persons with disabilities;
- reside in shelters/treatment centers; or
- recently released from incarceration.
How to Schedule an Appointment:
All new and 6-month card update patients need to schedule an appointment during one of our Screening Clinics in order to become an established patient.

Mon & Wed 1:30PM - 3:00PM
Tues & Thurs 6:00PM - 7:00PM
